At the heart of my practice is the Art of Healing and Manifesting program, designed to facilitate emotional healing and help individuals embrace their true selves. I also facilitate the Creative Soul Society, a monthly art-making group where we explore creativity as a pathway to healing. My approach integrates the law of attraction, spirituality, and cognitive-behavioral art therapy techniques, emphasizing the interconnectedness of our experiences.

The sessions are held each night at 8:00 PM EST.
The content session lasts an hour, but it may run over by about 20 minutes if there are participants sharing.
For the best experience, it's recommended to have a private space and use a desktop computer so you can easily see the screen.
You will need an art journal and assorted drawing media such as markers and oil pastels. Pencils and pens are not recommended as they aren't as expressive.
If you upgrade to the VIP package, you will need acrylic paint (or watercolor), brushes, a palette, and a water container. You will receive my favorite art journal and access to 2 extra days of the retreat where we will be painting.
